Berit Lake is an interior designer who has lived and worked in New York, London and Barcelona, with projects both in  Europe and USA. Currently her studio is based in her native city of Tallinn, Estonia.

 

She is a graduate of Parsons School of Design in NYC and of Chelsea College of Art and Design in London. She has been working as an interior designer since 1999.

Her style is always informed of the cultural backdrop and architectural context of the location. Most importantly, the finished interiors reflect the personality and needs of the client. Berit likes to incorporate art and collections of objects into her interiors projects. This gives the spaces life.  An eye for the refined finishing detail is something that always comes through, weather it is an interior that is modern or classic in its nature.

Studio Berit Lake also designs and produces high-end custom furniture and sources art and accessories from all over the world to make the clients' homes as intresting and unique as the people who inhabit them.
